The breakfast was really good! Maybe too much cake that in particular the children couldnt resist :-) There were a lot of different types of egg, yoghurt, fruit, cake, etc. Couldnt ask for more. The breakfast personnel were very friendly and welcoming. The swimmingpool and playground were also really nice when you have children and the free bike "rental" gave us some good excursions to the neighbouring cities - the children loved it. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

3 star hotel but workers make it 4 star
Very nice hotel, it is a 3 star but the workers make it in a 4 star. The receptionists and the bar waiters were extremelly nice and helpful. We had problems with the car and in 10 minutes the manteinance man was helping us.

Nice people, OK restaurant. The evening intertainment for the children were very well. Nice and clean all over.There is a good Beach nearby. Just ten minutes to the city with good shoping and other very good restaurant.

Beautiful hotel residence with all services
We stayed in July and we experienced a fantastic holiday! The room was really cosy, we had a double room, so that our two daughters slept in a big double bed together. The swimming pool was great, with Jacuzzi massage as well. All the area around and inside the hotel is really well kept and green, full of beautiful flowers...

Beautiful! Great for families. Like having your own little place on the coast. Lovely Patio, Kitchen, laundry facility, wonderful breakfast provided, gorgeous pool, and play area for kids and walk to the beach. Spectacular!

Well equipped, clean, neutral but functional apartments. Good reception and proximity to everything. Restaurant beyond expectations. Breakfast to rethink. Recommended for families with children for equipped area, swimming pool and quiet / non-traffic areas. We will be back!

Excellent all round!
Spacious tasteful decor. Loved the fact that it is surrounded by a pine forest, a short walk to the beach. The hotel staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. There are bikes to ride, with cycle routes around the village. We were booked to stay 3 days, but enjoyed it so much we booked for another night. Grazie, for a wonderful stay Oleandri hotel.

Great find
Great location, 5 minute walk from the beach. Nice apartments, clean, modern and pleasantly furnished with a large terrace. Beautiful grounds with a great pool area. Free bicycles available as well. Breakfast is served in a very pleasant greenhouse with a very nice buffet.
One thing, this definitely is a destination for families with smaller children so beware of the "noise factor"

Great holidays, amazing place
As a family with a small child <2, we had a nice stay. Cooking was possible, the most needed equipment was available, from the balcony we could see and hear the ocean and watch sunset. Pool was great also for the child with undeep area and the little playground she loved it. The walk throught the Pine forest (5Min) to the beach is just great. The only down is the availability of other Restaurants than Pizzerias within walking distance. But in Cecina (15min) by car you find seafood and others. Also be aware that the free beach is a mix of stone and sand. Not ideal for building sandcastles. But our child still loved playing at the free beach. 10 minutes walk and you have a guarded sandbeach but you need to rent daily a sun-umbrella. We can highly recommand spending holidays at Oleandri.

Kind, polite and helpful staff! Accommodation was clean. We did not like the noise after 10pm and would have preferred to have a micro wave and a kettle in the apartment. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience!

Great location. Perfect for families
The location was beautiful, 10 minutes walking to the seaside and the pinewood. The apartment is very close to the "main" hotel complex, with a bar, restaurant, and two swimming pools (one for babies and one for adults). Music and entertainment were also available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place!
Very nice, light, clean and comfy place! I love the white rooms. Good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice terrace and a small garden. Parking place. Everything you need. We were after the high season (in october) so it was quiet and very few people which for us was perfect! The place is near the beach which is beautifull! There are also bowling and some bars in the neighbourhood. Bigger shops you must find in another city but it wasn't a problem. 
I would come back there anytime!

Great stay for a family with two small kids, nice pool, close to the beach and helpfull staff. The restaurant could have been more inspiring but was quite good anyway.

Holidays in Tuscany
Good location! Near the beach, sunbeds on the beach are free of charge. Nice and clean beach, the pool is comfortable, the SPA cave is surprising. The apartment is clean, there is a balcony with the table where the guests can eat open air. Nice place for walking and jogging, there are many picnic areas. The small restaurant nearby if you do not want to cook yourself. Free parking near the residence.

It had everything we could want on our holiday. The service was impeccable. They took care of every need of ours and arranged for a cab service on our request. Excellent breakfast, clean and airy rooms, wonderful pool to relax in. Wish we could've stayed for longer.

Lovely quiet place
Apartment is near the Pisa (about 50 km) and near the sea.
We spent here four nights. Our apartment was clean, large, with wifi connection, equipped with linens and towels.
There is an excellent clean pool with a aqua massage (thorough cleaning was every morning).
There are several companies, but the place is quiet.

Walking distance to the beach through a nice and quiet residential area. Nice breakfast served at a beautiful glass pavilion house. Spacious room with two bathrooms/toilets/showers, so also very ideal for 4 adults.

Ok, where do I start..
Ok, where do I start.. the pool, yes sure, though we already agreed on the beautiful pool in between the green, under the blue sky and twittering birds, and next to plenty of comfortable seats.. so that’s an open door. Then, the ultrakidsfriendly environment? Our toddler enjoyed his fair time on the playgrounds and the pool. The atmosphere? Quiet, though cosy with friendly staff and other guests? The aesthetics? The hotel is a joy for the eye, with many ornamental details to finish this visual experience with a sweet, enjoyable cherry on top. The rooms? Spacious, plenty of cabinets to get rid of your stuff, perfect AC and WiFi

Perfect pool and location.
LOVED the pool and the location. Room is very simple but very clean. Kitchenette has everything. The restaurant had excellent food. Very nice walk to the beach where you will find very clean water and sand, perfect for the little ones.

Pine forest is beatiful
Pine forest is beatiful. Minimarket and restaurant is nearby. Nights were quiet and even without air conditioning the air was fine and sleep was restful.

Tuscany at the sea
Walking distance to the sea (150 m through pine forest). Free (public) beach. (Private beach option.) Spacious apartment, indoor seating, balcony seating, small private garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Private parking. Guests are eligible to use outdoor swimming pool by the reception. Children playground just between apartments (though no shade). Superb. Recommended.

Two weeks in paradise
We spent two weeks in this wonderful place. The hotel is nice and quiet, every apartment has a beautiful balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscany and smell the pine trees. The apartments are surrounded by the beautiful garden. There is also a playground where children can play. The pool is rather small but very nice. Everything is very clean. The ambience of the place is amazing. People are helpful and smiling, always willing to address your needs. This is definitely the place where you can rest and everyone can find something for themselves. We will come back next year!

We had a fantastic break
I would definitely recommend. The room was a good size, with sofa bed for the children that easily packs up each day. The pool was fantastic, it was hard to drag the children away!! A very short walk away, the beach is lovely, where you can paddle, swim and snorkel. Kitchen space is really useful, local restaurants good, pizza delivery really good and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need, lot’s of closet space, big fridge, kitchen. Terrace with a washing rack, candle light,.. The airconditioning is extremely quiet! The breakfast (not included), is nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, there are plenty of comfortable beds and enough shadow, never too crowded. playground for the kids is also nice, again covered by trees for shadow, which is nice when it’s 35 degrees…!

nice pool, but unheated which is a bit cold beginning of May. Family room was excellent with 2 bathrooms.
